Pork chops baked under a potato and cheese coat are delicious and juicy! Broken pieces of meat are greased with ketchup and baked under an appetizing "coat" of onions soaked in sour cream and mayonnaise, grated potatoes and cheese. Due to the variety of flavors, the dish turns out to be rich, with a pronounced creamy note, and besides, it is not difficult to prepare!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We cut the pork into plates about 1.5 cm thick (I have 4 pieces)
  2. Cover the meat with cling film and lightly beat it with a kitchen hammer.
  3. We send the meat to a bowl, salt (0.5 tsp) and pepper (0.25 tsp).
  4. Peel the garlic, pass it through a press and add to the meat.
  5. Mix and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  7. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  8. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  9. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise until smooth.
  10. Add half of the sour cream-mayonnaise mixture to the onion.
  11. We mix.
  12. On a baking sheet covered with parchment and oiled with vegetable oil, lay out the broken pieces of meat.
  13. Lubricate the surface of the meat with ketchup.
  14. We spread the sour cream-mayonnaise mixture with onions on top.
  15. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  16. We squeeze the potato juice well.
  17. Put the grated potatoes on top of the onion. Salt (0.25 tsp).
  18. Spread the remaining sour cream-mayonnaise mixture over the potatoes.
  19. We send a baking sheet with chops to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  20. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  21. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the chops with grated cheese.
  22. We return the baking sheet with chops to the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the meat and potatoes are ready (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
  23. French meat with potatoes and cheese, ready.
  24. Bon Appetit!
