In one popular magazine I found a recipe for fried potatoes, which is served with beans and chicken fillets. I prepared it - I liked the dish, took note of it. Here, from time to time I cook for my family, and I recommend you such an unusual fried potatoes.

  1. Peel and rub the potatoes on a special grater that cuts into strips (for Korean vegetables).
  2. Do the same with carrots as with potatoes.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  4. Heat some oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a large cast iron skillet and heat the oil until smoke appears. Place the potato strips in a frying pan, fry until golden brown (5-7 minutes), stirring constantly.
  5. Heat another 1 tablespoon in another skillet. vegetable oil, fry the carrots until golden brown. Transfer the carrots to a skillet with potatoes.
  6. Put the chicken fillet in the pan in which the carrots were fried, fry for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Transfer the fillets to a plate.
  8. Finely chop the garlic and hot pepper.
  9. Heat about 1 tablespoon in an empty skillet. butter, put garlic and pepper, cook for no longer than a minute. Pour in soy sauce, stir.
  10. Put the fried fillets, beans and potatoes with carrots in a pan with garlic and pepper, salt and pepper to taste. The dish is ready.
  11. And of course, pickles can be served with fried potatoes (I have gherkins).
