Oven potatoes baked according to this recipe are perfect as a main course and as a side dish. It is very simple to prepare, but you get a hearty and aromatic potato in the oven, it looks delicious, and it smells just amazing!

  1. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, prick with a fork over the entire surface and season with salt. Wrap the potatoes in foil and send to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60-90 minutes, until cooked. You can check the readiness of the potatoes with a toothpick.
  3. Finely chop the onion. Cut the bacon (or brisket) into strips.
  4. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Fry the bacon (or brisket) in a dry skillet to melt the fat. When the bacon (brisket) is golden, add the onion and fry until golden brown. If there is little melted fat, add a little vegetable oil.
  6. Cut the top of the baked potato lengthwise. Using a teaspoon, remove the potato pulp, leaving small sides.
  7. Mash the potato pulp with butter with a crush. Add bacon and cheese fried with onions. Season with salt and stir.
  8. Stuff the potatoes.
  9. Bake the stuffed potatoes at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot stuffed potatoes, baked in the oven, sprinkle with herbs on top as desired.
