Potato salad with celery, onion and egg

For the salad, you need small potatoes, celery, red onions and a boiled egg; the dressing for potato salad is made from yogurt and mayonnaise.

  1. Cut the potatoes into 2.5 cm pieces, put them in a saucepan, cover with water and put on medium heat. Bring the water to a boil, put the egg in the same place. Cook the potatoes with egg over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until the potatoes are soft. Drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, celery, red onion, salt and pepper. Put potatoes in this dressing. Peel the egg and chop it coarsely, add it to a bowl with potatoes, mix the potato salad gently.
