A wonderful hearty and inexpensive second dish. Its advantage is that all products can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator, and then baked potatoes with meat and beans can be cooked in half an hour.

  1. Soak and boil the beans. We cook meat. You don't have to choose beautiful meat for this dish. A variety of cut pieces of beef and pork are fine. Boil and cool the potatoes. Let's clean it up. Finely chop the onions and fry for 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  2. Divide the fried onions equally between the beans and the boiled meat. Add squeezed garlic to the beans. Salt and pepper. You do not need to grind the beans in mashed potatoes, but you can press down a little with a fork or pusher so that they are kept in piles. Scroll the meat together with onions in a meat grinder, salt and pepper. Three cheese on a coarse grater. These prepared foods can be put in the refrigerator and then cooked at a convenient time.
  3. Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick slices. Place the circles on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate them with a brush with oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Squeeze a little mayonnaise on the potatoes (you can do it without mayonnaise, with mayonnaise a little juicier). Put a layer of ground meat with onions on top. Then a layer of beans.
  5. Sprinkle the potatoes with meat and beans on top with grated cheese. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked baked potatoes with meat and beans with chopped herbs. Let's prepare a salad of fresh vegetables.
