Recipe for oatmeal cookies

The composition of the products can be changed at will, for example, replacing apples with oranges and raisins - with prunes.

Ingredients

• 300 g of oatmeal;
• 200 g of oil;
• 200 g of sugar;
• 1 large apple;
• 70 g of walnuts;
• 70 g of raisins;
• 1 egg;
• 3 g of baking soda;
• 2 g of vanilla.

Directions

1. The butter is softened by heating in a water bath and beaten with granulated sugar until an airy mixture is obtained.
2. Add egg and vanilla, and continue beating. Stir in soda.
3. Peeled apples, raisins, and nuts are finely chopped and placed in the overall composition.
4. From the received weight on a baking sheet covered with a paper spoon spread accurate balls.
5. Cookies are prepared for about a quarter of an hour at 190 ° C.
