I bring to your attention an appetizing and delicious salad with salmon, potatoes, carrots and eggs. Red fish is in perfect harmony with boiled vegetables. For salad dressing we use a combination of mayonnaise and sour cream. We will also add freshness to the salad with aromatic dill. Hearty and nutritious!

  1. Wash potatoes and carrots, transfer to a saucepan. Also put eggs in a saucepan. Pour everything with water and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Boil eggs after boiling for 10 minutes, cook vegetables until tender - 25-30 minutes.
  2. Pour eggs over with cold water and cool. Remove the carrots and potatoes from the broth and let them cool. Peel vegetables and eggs.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  4. Cut the boiled carrots into small cubes.
  5. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
  6. Peel red onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Pour lemon juice on the onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  8. Put all prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.
  9. Rinse the dill, dry and chop finely. Add to the rest of the salad ingredients.
  10. Season the salad with mayonnaise and sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Stir the salad, remove the sample.
