Sugar Crust Plum Pie

Plum gives this cake a spicy sourness, and the cake itself just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

• flour 200 g
• softened butter 200 g
• eggs 3 pcs.
• baking powder 1 tsp
• sugar 150 g + a little more for sprinkling
• milk 6 tablespoons
• zest of 1 lemon
• plums 500 g

Directions

1. For the dough, grind the butter with sugar. Stir in eggs. Add milk, sifted flour with baking powder, lemon zest. Put the dough in a greased form.
2. Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds. Place the plums on the dough. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 50 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
