Young potatoes in the oven

Young potatoes can be cooked in the oven after boiling small tubers and seasoning with spices to taste. We get an appetizing look and a crispy crust on top - just what you need! Serve as a separate dish or as a side dish.

  1. Wash the unpeeled young potatoes well and fill them with water. Cook small potatoes for 10 minutes after boiling.
  2. We discard the boiled potatoes in a colander to glass the water.
  3. We put still hot potatoes on a baking sheet.
  4. We crush each potato lightly with a crush, pour with oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.
  5. We send it to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees, so that a crisp crust forms on the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
  7. The young potatoes are ready in the oven. You can serve.
