An excellent pickled appetizer with a rich taste. Try it! My family is very fond of seafood. Relatives eat squid tentacles marinated in oil with great pleasure. And since cooked they can stand for some time in the refrigerator, this saves me time. We eat them as an independent dish or add them to a salad. They turn out to be very tasty, with a spicy aroma of spices. And there is always a place for them on the festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Take the tentacles of the squid, strip them and wash them.
  2. 2. Cut if necessary. The method of cutting does not really matter: if the tentacles are large, I sometimes cut them into pieces.
  3. 3. Pour all the spices, salt into the oil and let the mixture boil. You can use both olive oil and sunflower oil.
  4. 4. Pour the prepared squid with boiling oil with spices. After cooling, leave them in the refrigerator for 8-9 hours.
  5. 5. When serving, remove the squid pieces from the butter and season with lemon juice. They are also perfect for making salads.
  6. Bon Appetit!
