A SIMPLE BANANA ICE CREAM PUDDEN RECIPE

In a few hours, when the cookies absorb custard and ice cream, and vanilla and bananas give off their delicate aroma, you will have a delicious dessert that the whole family will enjoy.

  1. Pour milk into a small saucepan and pour the sifted flour through a sieve.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the flour and milk until the lumps are completely dissolved.
  3. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Put the yolks in a separate bowl, and add plain and vanilla sugar. Stir.
  4. Transfer the sugar-egg mass to a mixture of flour and milk. Beat until smooth.
  5. Put the pan on low heat and heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. When the mass thickens, remove the pan from the heat. Add butter to the mixture and mix. Wait until the mixture cools.
  7. Cut one banana into pieces and transfer it to a blender bowl. Spread some of the pudding from the pan and grind the ingredients for a few minutes - to a creamy consistency.
  8. The remaining banana, is cut into slices, break the cookies into small pieces.
  9. 9 Place bananas and cookies on the bottom of the ice cubes, a layer of pudding, and a scoop of ice cream on top. Repeat the sequence until the glasses are completely filled. Leave the pudding in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  10. We bring everyone to the table and enjoy a gentle creamy banana dessert.
