I love cheesecake very much, but recently I learned how to cook cottage cheese cheesecake myself, according to this recipe. Enjoy your meal! :)

  1. Beat cottage cheese, icing sugar and softened butter with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Add vanilla sugar and pour gelatin dissolved in hot water (5-6 tablespoons) in a thin stream. Beat, put the mass into a mold and refrigerate for 4-5 hours to solidify.
  3. To prepare the cake, crush oatmeal cookies and mix with chocolate melted in a water bath. Line a cake plate with parchment paper and shape into a cake. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Immerse the form with the frozen curd mass for a few seconds in hot water and carefully place the contents on the prepared cake. Lubricate the top with thick fruit jam and coat the whole cheesecake with slightly warm, melted chocolate in a water bath. Place the cottage cheese cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
