  2. The first thing we need to do to make this cake is whip the cream. To do this, we need to prepare ice in advance, cool the cream itself well, and also cool the whisk with which we will beat them. A cup of cold cream should be put on ice and start whipping them with a chilled whisk at the lowest speed of the mixer. Beat until strong peaks.
  3. When the cream is whipped, you need to put them in the freezer.
  4. Next, we need to prepare the pudding according to the recipe indicated on the manufacturer's packaging. If your pudding needs to be boiled, be sure to cool it completely.
  5. Now let's start preparing the base for the cake. To do this, melt the butter, and use a blender or a rolling pin to turn the cookies into small crumbs.
  6. Pour the crumbs into a deep bowl.
