This delicious cake is prepared quite quickly - from one banana cake with nuts, which is cut into two parts. The cakes are layered with boiled condensed milk, and the top of the cake is covered with whipped cream. Such a banana-nut cake will please your guests, and is also suitable for home tea drinking.

  1. Before preparing a banana-nut cake with condensed milk, we prepare all the necessary products.
  2. The cream should be cold, so we send it to the refrigerator until needed.
  3. We heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. First of all, we prepare the cake for the cake.
  5. We mix all the dry ingredients of the dough: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and a pinch of vanilla.
  6. (If you use baking soda instead of baking powder, it is better to mix it with 1/3 teaspoon of citric acid. When soda and citric acid interact, a reaction occurs due to which the dough rises very well, and there will be no taste of soda in the finished baking.)
  7. Peel bananas and mash with a fork until pureed.
  8. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  9. Beat egg whites with two tablespoons of sugar until stiff.
  10. Add yolks, bananas, cream and vegetable oil to the whipped whites in a bowl.
  11. Continue beating for another 1-2 minutes.
  12. Add to the whipped mass a mixture of dry ingredients.
  13. Gently mix everything (it is possible at low speeds of the mixer). The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream.
  14. Walnut kernels need to be coarsely chopped.
  15. Pour the chopped nuts into the dough.
  16. Mix well so that the nuts are evenly distributed.
  17. Pour the dough into an oiled mold. We bake a banana cake with nuts in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
  18. While the cake is baking, you can prepare the buttercream. To do this, squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  19. Now mix the powder, cream and lemon juice.
  20. We beat everything well. We send whipped cream to the refrigerator.
  21. When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and leave to cool to room temperature.
  22. We cut the cooled cake into two parts, grease one of which with condensed milk and cover with the second part.
  23. Brush the top and sides of the banana cake with whipped cream. Decorate the cake as you wish. I decorated with crushed and whole nut kernels, banana slices and boiled condensed milk.
  24. Although it is advisable to put a banana-nut cake with condensed milk for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, it is not necessary. We did not wait and tried the cake immediately after preparation - it turned out to be very tasty.
