Cake "Three chocolates" - a recipe for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add vanilla, chocolate, flour mixed with baking powder, and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper (baking paper). Bake until cooked at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
  4. Cool the finished cake, soak with liquor.
  5. Line the mold with cling film, and make the sides with a transparent dense film (I used a thermal napkin for this). If desired, you can take a form of a slightly larger diameter than a biscuit.
  6. Preparing the first dark chocolate mousse.
  7. Soak gelatin in 50 ml of cream and divide into three parts.
  8. Whip 600 ml of cream to peaks and also divide into three parts.
  9. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with 30 g of butter.
  10. Add liqueur and gelatin, stir until gelatin dissolves and cool the mass.
  11. Mix the chocolate mixture with some of the whipped cream. Pour the mousse over the cake and refrigerate.
  12. Similarly, we prepare mousse with milk chocolate and pour the cake.
  13. And similarly - white chocolate mousse.
  14. For glaze, heat cream with butter and white chocolate pieces until smooth. Pour frosting over cake, spreading evenly.
  15. Decorate the Three Chocolates cake as desired. And leave in the fridge overnight.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
