Chocolate cake is prepared with chocolate cream and cherries.

  3. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour the whites into the yolk mass, mix gently. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove the cake molds from the oven, leave at room temperature for 15 minutes, and then remove the cakes from the molds, remove the parchment, and allow to cool completely.
  5. Prepare chocolate cream. Place chocolate in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat the cream well, pour over the chocolate, leave for 3-4 minutes, and then stir until smooth. Let cool. Then beat the chocolate with a mixer for about 1 minute.
  6. Drain syrup from cherries, add liqueur, mix.
  7. Cut both cakes in half. It will take only three shortcakes, you can use one at your discretion.
  8. Assemble chocolate cake with cherries. Put one cake on a serving dish, sprinkle with syrup, brush with 1/3 of the chocolate cream, put some cherries on it. Repeat the layers, sprinkle the chocolate cake with cherries with chocolate chips.
