An experimental cottage cheese cake with fruit, which in fact turned out to be very tasty and low in calories.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in water until it swells.
  2. Beat cottage cheese, cream, syrup, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  3. Heat gelatin until dissolved (do not boil!) and let cool.
  4. Add gelatin to the resulting curd mass and beat thoroughly.
  5. Pour a small layer of mass into the mold.
  6. Lay out a layer of fruit.
  7. Again pour a layer of curd mass. It is necessary to repeat this until the "dough" for the cake itself begins to end. One or two layers of fruit are usually sufficient.
  8. The final layer of curd mass is poured.
  9. Fruits are beautifully laid out on this layer.
  10. The last layer is poured either with confectionery gel or with melted and cooled gelatin (if there is no gel at hand). This item is optional, but is done purely for aesthetics.
  11. Place the cake mold in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, you can already remove the curd cake with fruit and put it on a dish.
