I made a large four-tiered cake for a children's party. The birthday cake was delicious. Cakes are prepared quite simply, the decoration is also uncomplicated.

  1. First, I made chocolate cake. To do this, mix cocoa with flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  2. Grease a springform pan with a diameter of 22 cm with butter and sprinkle with cocoa. Place the mold in the refrigerator for now.
  3. Beat butter with sugar, then add eggs, beat again.
  4. Pour half of the cocoa and flour mixture into a bowl with whipped butter, mix with a spoon. Then pour in 2 tbsp. sour cream, stir. Add remaining dry mixture, stir. (It is best not to use a mixer when mixing dry and wet ingredients).
  5. Put the dough in a chilled form and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (focus on your oven).
  6. Let the finished cake cool a little, and then remove it from the mold.
  7. If there is a second similar form, then prepare it, if not, like mine, then wash this one, dry it. Lubricate the form with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place in refrigerator.
  8. Prepare the dough for the white cake. It is prepared in the same way as chocolate, but cocoa is not added. Put the dough in a chilled form, bake also in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until cooked.
  9. Here is the second cake ready. Let both cakes cool completely.
  10. Prepare cream. Beat the condensed milk with butter. Separately, whip the cream until fluffy and add it to the condensed butter mixture, mix.
  11. Cut each cooled cake in half. Alternating white and chocolate cakes, grease them with cream.
  12. And assemble a big birthday cake.
  13. Top the cake with cream on all sides.
  14. Sprinkle the cake with chopped chocolate. Put the finished large birthday cake in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours, preferably for a day.
