For a no-bake cake, you don’t need to knead the dough and bake the cakes; cookies are used instead of cakes. The cream here is very interesting: cottage cheese, halva, sour cream and butter. Everything individually is already delicious, so it’s easy to guess that the cream is just lick your fingers! The cookie cake turns out moist, soft, moderately sweet, and the children really like it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time.
  2. Put soft cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spoon grind the cottage cheese with sugar, breaking up large and medium lumps.
  4. Add sour cream. Stir to a more or less smooth consistency, also rubbing with a spoon.
  5. Finely chop the halva.
  6. Add halva to curd-sour cream mass.
  7. Stir.
  8. Now add soft butter.
  9. Stir again. This is such a delicious cream.
  10. Line a bowl of suitable shape and size with cling film. I have a bowl with a volume of 700 ml, just right next to the amount of products indicated in the ingredients. In this bowl we will collect the cake.
  11. Pour instant coffee with boiling water, mix. Pour into a flat dish.
  12. Collect the cake. Dip the cookies one by one in the coffee. Do not throw all the cookies at once, or even half, they will quickly soak and turn into porridge.
  13. Put one layer of cookies on the bottom of the bowl first, covering the bottom. If necessary, break the cookies into pieces for the convenience of assembling the cake.
  14. Spread a layer of stacked cookies with a part of the cream.
  15. Lay out the cookies again.
  16. And smear with cream again.
  17. Thus, collect the entire cake. The top layer should be cookies.
  18. A little cream left - that's right, it will be needed for decoration.
  19. Tighten the bowl with the cake with cling film and with the palm of your hand lightly (do not press hard!) Press on top so that the layers of the cake are compacted.
  20. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Thanks to the butter, the cream stabilizes a little, the product will take on a holistic look.
  21. Take the cake out of the refrigerator. Turn the bowl over onto a plate and remove it.
  22. Then carefully remove the cling film from the cake.
  23. Spread the remaining cream on the cake on all sides.
  24. Garnish with grated chocolate.
  25. Put the cake back in the fridge for another 1 hour.
  26. Cookie cake with cottage cheese cream, sour cream and halva, ready!
  27. As you can see, even without baking, you can make an amazing cake. Cut it into portioned pieces and call the household for tea, they will be delighted with such a delicacy!
  28. Enjoy your meal!
