Biscuit cake with strawberries and curd cream

Sponge cake with strawberries and cottage cheese cream is the perfect combination of delicate cakes, moderately sweet cream and juicy fresh strawberries. The cake is quite easy to make and relatively quick in time. The recipe is very good, be sure to try cooking!

  11. We cover the bottom of a detachable form (I have a form with a diameter of 22 cm) with parchment paper and grease with butter. Sprinkle with flour.
  12. Spread a third of the dough evenly into the mold and send it to the oven.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until lightly browned.
  14. We immediately release the cake from the mold. We do this with all the tests. It turned out three cakes. We cool them down completely.
  15. Cooking cream. To do this, combine cottage cheese and cream.
  16. We beat 2 minutes.
  17. We introduce powdered sugar. We beat.
  18. We wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the tails. Cut strawberries into thin slices.
  19. Put the cake on a dish and evenly distribute a third of the cream on top.
  20. Spread a layer of strawberries over the cream.
  21. Thus, we collect the whole cake. Grease the top and sides of the cake with cream. We decorate at will. I used strawberries, grated chocolate and powdered sugar to decorate. We send the cake to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
