Cookie cakes with curd cheese, condensed milk and tangerines are very easy to prepare. If you don’t have an oven or don’t have enough time to cook something delicious for tea, then this recipe is just for you. It will take a little of your time, and the refrigerator will do the rest.   1. Prepare all ingredients. Cookies choose any, to your taste. But the shape of the cookie should be rectangular or square.
  2. Pour the condensed milk into the curd cheese. Stir 1-2 minutes until smooth. This can be done with a mixer or spatula.
  3. Line a cutting board with several layers of cling film. Sprinkle with cocoa powder so that you get a rectangle about 20x30 cm in size.
  4. Transfer half of the cream to a pastry bag with a small hole. Pour the cream onto the cocoa powder.
  5. Quickly dip the biscuits into the milk and place on top of the cream. Press down a little with your hands.
  6. Spread the remaining cream over the cookies.
  7. Peel the mandarin and cut into slices. Clean the slices from white films. In the middle along the rectangle of cookies and cream, lay out the slices of tangerines.
  8. At the same time, lift the film with cookies on both sides and connect at the top so that you get a long triangular cake.
  9. Lightly compact the dessert with your hands and wrap in cling film. Send the cake without baking to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
  10. After a while, carefully remove the film and sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder.
  11. Cut into triangular cakes.
