A very simple recipe, but very tasty mini-rolls, if all of a sudden guests should come to you unexpectedly! Rolls with two fillings.

  1. We make the filling number 1 - lemon jam.
  2. I do it with apples - so the zest is not bitter, the jam is thicker, not very sour.
  3. Rub the lemon on a fine grater, chop the apple very finely, add sugar and cook for 5-10 minutes. If you want the pieces of apples to be visible, then you need to cook for a short time. If a homogeneous consistency, then 10 minutes. Done.
  4. We make the filling number 2 - chocolate paste.
  5. For those who are in a hurry, you can use just Nutella paste or any other pasta, only slightly warming up so that it easily lays down on the biscuit.
  6. And you can do this: melt 2 chocolate bars, add milk and mix well. The milk won't make the chocolate hard anymore. Ready.
  7. Let's make a biscuit.
  8. The most important thing is to beat well! We break the eggs into a tall bowl, add sugar and beat for about 5 minutes. Add vanillin, soda quenched in vinegar, beat. And finally, add flour and beat well for 2 minutes.
  9. Pour onto a baking sheet covered with parchment, greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
  10. Important: the biscuit rises very well, so the layer of dough must be very thin, otherwise you will have to cut the finished biscuit lengthwise so that you can roll it into a roll.
  11. Cut the finished biscuit. We coat each square with a thin layer of one of the fillings and roll it into a roll. It turns out a very tasty assortment of rolls.
  12. In general, you can use different fillings as you like.
