  14. We check the readiness with a toothpick (after piercing the finished biscuit, it should come out dry).
  15. We spread the hot cake on a towel and roll up the roll (together with the towel).
  16. Cool down completely.

  26. Combine cottage cheese, cream and powdered sugar.
  27. Beat until thick cream (1-2 minutes).
  28. We unfold the cake and grease it with caramel and nuts.
  29. Spread the cream on top. It is convenient to do this with a pastry bag or a bag with a cut corner.
  30. Roll up and wrap tightly with cling film. We send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  31. After this time, prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with milk or cream. Add vegetable oil. Mix well.
  32. Decorate the roll with icing and sprinkle with nuts.
  33. Let the glaze harden (30-60 minutes).
