  5. Transfer the buckwheat flour dough to a greased or lined with baking paper form, smooth the surface.
  6. The following baking options are possible, depending on the size of your mold:
  7. 1. Bake one tall cake blank, which are then cut into 2 or 3 cake layers in height.
  8. 2. Bake thin cakes in two or three forms.
  9. 3. Bake a thin crust on one baking sheet and then cut into 2 or 3 pieces lengthwise.
  10. In the photo - the third option, and the baking sheet - 20x30 cm in size.
  11. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees until browned.
  12. Such a thin cake is enough for 15 minutes.
  13. After cooling, the cake was cut into three parts.
  14. For the cream, you will need yogurt and sugar, and honey is offered for impregnation.
  15. Cream yogurt needs thick, so weigh it in cheesecloth under its own weight for about 1-1.5 hours. Approximately 50 ml of liquid will stand out and drain, and maybe more.
  16. Mix thick yogurt with sugar, and the cream is ready.
  17. The buckwheat flour cake turns out to be porous and dryish, very reminiscent of the usual biscuit in structure, so it is advisable to soak it. To do this, in a suitable bowl, mix honey or sweet syrup with a glass of water and dip each cake into this impregnation for a couple of seconds.
  18. Assemble the cake by brushing the soaked cakes with yogurt cream. The cake can be customized as you wish.
  19. One simple option is to sprinkle the surface of the cake with crumbs from three cookies or a couple of gingerbread cookies. The topic will be both halvah and nuts. Here, a simple shortbread cookie with raisins is crushed.
  20. Sprinkle the cookie crumbs over the top or top and sides of the cake.
