Very easy to prepare, hearty and tasty dish! You don't need to focus on the amount of ingredients. Maybe more crab sticks, or more cheese ... doesn't matter at all. I took the number of products from those that were in stock and did not weigh. It flies well as an appetizer for the holidays, as an appetizer we make smaller portions, the size of a meatball. And the children are eating cutle

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Defrost the frozen crab sticks and grate. You can mince or grind in a blender.
  2. Add a slice of grated cheese and a clove of minced garlic.
  3. 1-2 eggs. If necessary, you can add a couple of tablespoons of flour (Rice, oatmeal, chickpea ... whatever you want) to knead a homogeneous dough.
  4. Form cutlets, bread in ground breadcrumbs and fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh vegetable salad.
  5. It is good as an independent snack, both hot and cold, as well as a main course with a side dish of fresh vegetables.
