Such a light, tasty and quick biscuit cake with sour cream and bananas will save any housewife in half an hour!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, take a large container in which we will mix all the ingredients. We break the eggs into it, beat them with a mixer.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, beat until white lush mass.
  3. Then add flour, baking powder and mix with a spatula or spoon.
  4. After that, add cocoa and mix again until the mixture becomes homogeneous and there are no lumps left in it. The dough should resemble thick sour cream.
  5. After the dough is ready, we take a deepened baking sheet (or a special form for baking biscuits), put parchment there - so that our biscuit turns out to be soft and airy and does not burn to the baking sheet. We pour our dough into it.
  6. We send the form with the dough to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes. The finished biscuit will be slightly crusted on top, the sides will be baked. In order to check the biscuit for readiness, pierce it with a toothpick or a dry knife. If the dough will not be taken (remain on the toothpick), then the biscuit is ready.
  7. Cream:
  8. Pour a jar of sour cream into a container, add sugar there and mix with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  9. Cake preparation:
  10. After the biscuit is baked, it must be cut into 4 cakes. You can use a knife for this, but an ordinary sewing thread is best, with which you can easily cut your biscuit into several parts. To do this, grab the biscuit with a thread and slowly pull the thread towards you.
  11. When 4 biscuit cakes are ready, take the first one, put it on a plate and start smearing it with sour cream. Cream is better not to regret! After all, it will depend on how well your biscuit is soaked.
  12. Cut the banana into slices and put on top of the cream. Grease again with cream and put the next biscuit cake on top.
  13. So repeat until the last cake remains - it will only need to be greased with sour cream on top - and voila, the biscuit cake is ready!
  14. Enjoy your meal! ;)
