  1. Combine eggs with sugar, beat until fluffy.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  3. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, sifting everything together through a sieve.
  4. Knead the dough with a spatula.
  5. Pour the dough into a springform pan (diameter 22 cm) lined with parchment and greased with oil.
  6. Bake a biscuit at a temperature of 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Let's make coconut cream. Melt butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan.
  8. Add coconut flakes and boil until thick.
  9. Let's prepare the frosting. Melt butter, sugar, milk and cocoa in a saucepan.
  10. Cook, stirring with a whisk, until thickened.
  11. Cut the cooled biscuit into two parts.
  12. The cake can be collected in the form in which the biscuit was baked. Set a mold without a bottom on a dish, put the bottom cake cut side up. Soak both cakes with cream from the inside.
  13. Then distribute the coconut filling.
  14. Cover with second layer.
  15. Pour the slightly warm icing over the Bounty cake. Send to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
