Super fast and insanely delicious caramel cake, which will take you 30 minutes to prepare. A cake with soft and delicate cakes and butter cream with the addition of boiled condensed milk, similar in taste to Creme Brulee ice cream, will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs with salt for 3-4 minutes (until fluffy). Add melted butter (room temperature). Mix lightly.
  3. Add boiled condensed milk in three approaches to eggs and butter. Mix.
  4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the dough in three steps, mixing with a spatula.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts weighing 370 g. Quickly spread the dough in a thin layer on a baking sheet (29x39 cm in size) with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
  6. Bake each cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 6-8 minutes, until cooked (may take a little more or less time depending on the oven and the thickness of the cake).
  7. Carefully remove the finished cakes. Don't stack them on top of each other so they don't stick!
  8. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream.
  9. Whip chilled cream with vanilla sugar. To prevent the cream from splashing, you can cover the form with cling film and make a small hole for the mixer.
  10. Remove film. Add boiled condensed milk to whipped cream, beat until thick. Be careful not to over beat or you'll end up with butter!
  11. Put the finished cakes on top of each other and trim the edges. Grind the cake cuts with a blender or coffee grinder.
  12. Cut each cake into 2, 3 or 4 pieces. (I got 8 cakes measuring 13x17.5 cm)
  13. Coat the cake with cream.
  14. Put the second cake on top and smear with cream again.
  15. Repeat with the remaining cakes and cream.
  16. Spread cream on the top and sides of the cake.
  17. Sprinkle the cake with crushed crumbs (you can use peanuts). Send to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak the cake.
  18. Enjoy your meal!
