You can not only buy a beautiful birthday cake in an expensive pastry shop, but also cook it yourself.

  6. Further, from the resulting mass, a stylized figure of a "sitting rooster" is molded on a dish, right with your hands.
  7. The resulting "sculpture" is covered with cling film and sent to the refrigerator for several hours to fix.
  8. In the meantime, you will need to prepare the cream and candied citrus fruits to decorate the no-bake birthday cake.
  9. For the cream, add sugar (half of the prescription volume) and sour cream to the cottage cheese.
  10. Then mix everything. And not just mix, but beat well with a whisk.
  11. To prepare candied orange and lemon, citrus fruits are thoroughly washed, then wiped. And then the fruits are cut into thinner semicircles and then into quarters.
  12. Next, on the stove in a saucepan, bring water with sugar to a boil (at the rate of half a glass of sand per glass of water) and lower citrus fruits there. Boil for 15 minutes, and then recline on a sieve. Then the semi-finished products of candied fruits are laid out in a bowl with holes for draining the remaining syrup.
  13. Candied fruits will "wither" 2 days until ready. Therefore, of course, it is better to cook them in advance - 2 days before making the Cockerel cake without baking.
  14. Cookie cake, with condensed milk and nuts, frozen in the refrigerator, must be completely coated with curd cream.
  15. And then decorate the Cockerel cake with ready-made candied fruits - make the Cockerel feathers, scallop and tail, and decorate with chocolate granules (if any) and sprinkle with poppy seeds and powdered sugar in the right places.
