Cake "Cowberry Madness"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I made shortbread dough.
  2. 80 g of soft butter beat with 2-3 tbsp. l. sugar, add 1 egg and 1.5 cups flour with baking powder. Knead the dough.
  3. Spread the dough evenly over the mold (the dough rises by 5 mm). Pierce the cake with a fork and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. While the cake is baking, I whipped up the soufflé.
  5. TIP: to whip the soufflé well, use cold dishes (preferably glass) and cold egg whites.
  6. Separate 3 proteins, beat until foamy, add gradually 1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar and beat. (It takes about 5-6 tablespoons of powder.)
  7. We take out the cake, put the soufflé on it and send it to the oven until browned.
  8. We take out the cake with the soufflé and put the frozen lingonberries on it. We send it to the oven for a couple of minutes.
