Cake "Cowberry meadow"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For the biscuit, beat the eggs, gradually increasing the mixer speed and adding the sugar.
  2. Next, add flour and mix gently (from top to bottom).
  3. Add cocoa and mix gently again.
  4. Next up are the walnuts.
  5. Grease the sides of the mold with a little butter.
  6. Line the bottom with paper.
  7. Pour and flatten the dough.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  9. For impregnation, mix the jam and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, let cool.
  10. For icing, melt the butter with milk in a saucepan, add the powder and cocoa mixed together. Mix well until lumps disappear.
  11. When the cake is ready, pull it out, cut it into two cakes.
  12. Lubricate the bottom with impregnation, cover with the top.
  13. Brush with glaze.
  14. Sprinkle berries randomly on top.
