Very impressive dessert! Delicious, unusual, interesting and easy to prepare!!!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break the cracker with your hands.
  2. Prepare jelly. It should be very tight, so add less water than it says on the package. After hardening, cut the jelly into cubes.
  3. Soak gelatin in a little water. Let stand to swell, then melt it in a water bath until dissolved.
  4. Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar.
  5. At the bottom of the form under the cake we lay a film or a plastic bag so that the edges hang down outside the form.
  6. We send cookies and jelly there.
  7. In sour cream, whipped with sugar, pour gelatin in a warm form, mix and immediately pour into a mold.
  8. Gently mix, tamp the resulting mixture a little - and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Then we open the edges of the film-bag, put a plate for dessert, turn it over and remove the film.
