Cake "Gentle"

The recipe for the "Gentle" cake, justifying its name!

Ingredients

• For test:
• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Condensed milk - 2 cans
• Flour - 2 incomplete glasses
• Soda - 1 teaspoon
• For impregnation of cakes:
• "Snowball" or sweetened kefir (approximately 150-200 g per layer, but more can be) - 2 packs (500 g each)
• For decoration:
• grated chocolate

Directions

1. Whisking with a fork, mix all the ingredients for the dough. Leave for 15 minutes to thicken. Bake 3-5 cakes.
2. Each of the cakes, until cool, soak abundantly.
3. Decorate the "Gentle" cake with grated chocolate and refrigerate for several hours.
