Oddly enough, this cake owes its appearance to the Grasshopper cocktail, very popular in America, based on soft green mint liqueur, which was also called Grasshopper. The cocktail was first made in the French Quarter of New Orleans and in the 50s and 60s of the last century gained popularity in all the southern states of America.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind cookies and chocolate in the processor, add butter, mix well, distribute the mass in a thin layer over the surface of a detachable form (22 cm) and put in the refrigerator.
  2. Dissolve marshmallows, white chocolate in milk over low heat and cool quickly. While the mass is cooling, whip the cream with mint and cocoa liqueurs or essence and dye until a thick cream. Add the mass with marshmallows to the cream, continuing to beat (not long, the cream may exfoliate).
  3. We shift the cream into a form with a base and put it back in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, you can overnight.
  4. Before serving, decorate the cake with white or dark chocolate!
