Condensed milk cakes for this cake are very easy to prepare: fried like pancakes - that's all. The cake according to this recipe is prepared simply, from a small number of ingredients, and tastes like a Napoleon cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We send condensed milk to a bowl where we will knead the dough. Beat the egg and add to the curd. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Add half of the sifted flour and mix.
  2. Sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough there. Sift the rest of the flour into the dough and fold in. The dough will be tough.
  3. We roll the sausage from the dough and divide it into 6 parts. Knead each piece for 3 minutes.
  4. On a clean, smooth table or silicone mat, roll out pieces of dough into a layer and cut out a circle according to the diameter of the pan. (I have a pan with a diameter of 21 cm.) Put the blanks for the cakes on separate plates so that they do not stick together.
  5. (Of all the scraps, I got 2 more cakes.)
  6. Heat a dry skillet over low heat. We spread the cake in a pan and fry like pancakes.
  7. When the edges of the cake become dry, turn it over to the other side and quickly fry. Thus, we prepare all the cakes and lay them out on a flat surface so that they cool. If you leave them in a pile, they will become wet, and we need dry ones.
  8. Let's prepare the cream. Whisk eggs with vanilla. We send all the sugar there and mix.
  9. Add 5 dec. spoons of flour and start mixing.
  10. As soon as the flour starts to interfere a little, pour in a little milk and mix. Thus, we introduce all the milk.
  11. The cream is sent to a large saucepan with a dense bottom. Place over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. As soon as it starts to gurgle, wait 30 seconds and turn it off.
  12. Pour the cream into a separate container and let it cool.
  13. Beat soft butter with a mixer. In three parts, add the cooled cream to the butter and beat.
  14. We send a little cream on the substrate so that the cake does not fidget without baking. We spread the cakes on top, generously grease with cream. We coat all the cakes with cream one by one. Lubricate the sides with the remaining cream.
  15. Sprinkle the top and sides of the no-bake cake with crushed biscuits. We send it to the refrigerator for the whole night so that the cake is soaked.
  16. Cake without baking in condensed milk is ready.
