Cake "Monomakh's Hat"

Ingredients

• Dough:
• 0.5 cans of condensed milk,
• 2 eggs,
• 1 st. Sahara,
• 2 tsp slaked soda,
• 1.5 st. flour,
• 2 tbsp. l. cocoa,
• 300 g cherries.
• Cream:
• 0.5 cans of condensed milk (raw),
• 1 liter of sour cream
• 1-2 packs of thickener for sour cream.

Directions

1. Knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Add cocoa to one part. Bake two cakes.
2. For cream, beat well condensed milk and sour cream with the addition of a thickener. Lubricate the baked white cake with the prepared cream, lay the cherries on top in an even layer.
3. Cut the second chocolate cake into cubes. Dip the cubes in cream and stack in the form of a hat. Decorate the Monomakh's Hat cake as desired.
