Cake "Pancho" with prunes, sour cream and walnuts

  1. Turn on the oven.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat thoroughly with a mixer.
  3. In kefir, extinguish soda, mix well (kefir will rise, the dishes should be deep). Add kefir to the bowl. Whisk everything well.
  4. Sift flour. Add flour in small amounts.
  5. Mix the dough thoroughly and gently, from the bottom up, with a wooden spoon.
  6. Grease the mold with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour.
  7. Pour the prepared dough into the mold. Put the form with the dough on the middle shelf. Bake at 180 degrees until the cake is done, about 25 minutes.
  8. Boil the kettle. Wash the plums, pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
  9. Peel the prunes from the stones, cut into pieces.
  10. Biscuit is ready, take it out of the oven.
  11. Remove from mold to wire rack, cool.
  12. In a bowl, mix sour cream with sugar, add prunes. Mix well.

  17. Top with the remaining crust. Cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
  18. Then, covering the form with a dish, turn the cake upside down, base down. Carefully remove the form and film.
  19. Peel the nuts from the shell, crush with a rolling pin.
