Paul Robeson chocolate cake recipe with buttercream.

Add cocoa and sugar to the flour, beat in eggs, pour in kefir, add soda and softened butter.
Knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Bake 2 cakes.
Cut each cake into 2 parts (4 cakes will turn out) and soak with a mixture of cognac and strong instant coffee (in half).
Mix boiled condensed milk with butter, instant coffee and cognac.
Lubricate the bottom cake with cream. I crumbled the 2nd and 3rd cakes and rolled them with cream. The top cake was smeared with the remnants of the cream.
Decorate the Paul Robeson cake as you wish (I laid out a circle of leftovers, seeds in the center, melted dark chocolate around).
