Today I will cook my favorite, incomparably delicious pincher cake with prunes and sour cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break the eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar, beat well with a mixer.
  2. Add condensed milk to the resulting mass.
  3. We send sour cream there and beat well again with a mixer.
  4. We add the baking powder to the flour and mix well. We pour out to the main mass.
  5. Also sift cocoa here, mix and beat well with a mixer until smooth.
  6. We take the form in which we will bake, cover with parchment paper and grease the bottom and sides well with vegetable oil.
  7. Pour the dough into a mold and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes, check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
  8. Cut the walnuts into small pieces.
  9. Cut the prunes into medium pieces (I also use raisins).
  10. Add powdered sugar to one kilogram of sour cream, mix and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.
  11. The finished cake should be divided into 3 parts (I do this with a regular thread, then the cakes are even and beautiful).
  12. We cut the upper cake into small strips and divide each strip into small squares 2-2.5 cm thick. Transfer them to a plate.
  13. We spread the lower cake on a plate, grease with sour cream, sprinkle with prunes, if desired, as much as you like (we love a lot). Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and raisins.
  14. We spread the second cake and do the same.
  15. The pieces that we cut are dipped in sour cream and put on top with a "cap". Lubricate the pieces well with cream, sprinkle with prunes, nuts and raisins. With the remaining pieces, laid out in the form of a "hat", we complete the cake.
  16. From above, grease the sour cream cake well with cream so that all the pieces of the cake and the whole cake are soaked with cream.
  17. We send the cake to the refrigerator for 1 hour to freeze the sour cream.
  18. We crumble chocolate and butter into a plate, send it to the microwave or melt it in a steam bath.
  19. Pour sour cream cake with prunes on top with chocolate icing, arbitrary lines.
  20. We send the "Pincher" ("Pancho") cake with sour cream for another 3 hours in the refrigerator so that it is well soaked, but it is better to send it all night.
  21. Here is a cake "Pincher" with prunes and nuts is cut.
  22. Enjoy your meal!
