Cake "Strawberry with cream"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt butter and set aside.
  2. Use the food processor to prepare the dough from the ingredients for the dough. It will be like thick cream in consistency.
  3. Cover the bottom of a detachable form (diameter 22 cm) with parchment, grease it with oil and lay out the dough.
  4. Place the pan with the dough in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Cool the finished biscuit and cut into 2 cakes. (My biscuit rose unevenly, in the middle it turned out higher. There will be a domed cake.)
  5. While the cake is baking and cooling, prepare the filling for the cake. Whip cream (chilled) with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar. If they turn out to be watery, then add a bag of cream thickener. My market cream is very thick and didn't need a thickener.
  6. Set aside 16-18 identical strawberries for decoration (about 300 g). Mix half of the remaining berries (200 g) in a blender with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar and a bag of thickener.
  7. It will turn out such a wonderful strawberry puree in taste and color.
  8. Cut the remaining strawberries (200 g) in half or into 4 pieces.
  9. Collect cake. To do this, coat the bottom cake with berry puree.
  10. Put the cream on it, with a layer of 1 cm. Then a layer of chopped berries (slightly drown the strawberries in the cream).
  11. Cover with the second cake and coat the entire cake with cream.
  12. Decorate the strawberry cream cake with chopped berries and grated chocolate.
  13. Let the cake cool well in the refrigerator.
  14. Ready-made cake "Strawberry with cream" in a section.
  15. Enjoy your meal!
