Author's recipe. If there is no oven, but you want something exquisitely delicious, then this cake recipe is perfect. Cake layers with condensed milk are baked in a pan.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into several parts (I got 10), roll out the cakes. The dough is tender, so it’s better to do it on the board and put the cakes on the pan from it. The dough will be sticky, so periodically flour the table and cakes.
  3. Fry the cakes in a pan very quickly!
  4. If you get uneven edges, then you can cut them off and then sprinkle the finished cake with crumbs.
  5. Custard.
  6. Grind the egg with sugar and flour until smooth. Add milk and butter, put in a water bath. Mix until thickened. Remove, cool well (you can put in ice water). Beat with a mixer until lightly whitened mass.
  7. Chocolate glaze.
  8. In a saucepan, mix milk and butter, put on low heat. Once the butter has melted, add sugar and cocoa. Stir until smooth, remove from heat.
  9. Cake assembly.
  10. Spread the bottom layer with chocolate icing.
  11. Grease the rest of the cakes with custard.
  12. Brush the sides of the assembled cake with frosting. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, decorate with berries.
  13. Remove the cake from the refrigerator.
