I want to share with you a very simple homemade tiramisu cake recipe with curd cream. It turns out very tender, light and insanely tasty. Treat yourself and your loved ones with this cake.

  2. Gradually add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, mixing well until smooth. Add some vanilla, mix.
  3. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil, pour the dough. We turn on the "Baking" mode for 20-25 minutes. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick.
  4. (You can bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes.)
  5. We prepare the ingredients for the curd cream. Grind cottage cheese with vanilla sugar until smooth.
  6. Whip cold cream for 5-6 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks.
  7. Add the grated cottage cheese and beat for 2 minutes, until the cream is smooth.
  8. Biscuit cut into 4 cakes.
  9. The dish in which we collect the Tiramisu cake is greased with cream. We spread the cakes in turn, lubricating them with cream. Don't forget to leave some cream for decoration.
  10. Sprinkle the finished cake "Tiramisu" with cocoa and decorate with curd cream.
