Cake with a surprise

When you want sweets, but there is no time - I bake a biscuit. And if you want not just a biscuit - I bake a biscuit with a surprise! Fast and delicious!

Ingredients

• Eggs - 4-5 pcs.
• Sugar - 2 cups
• Soda slaked with vinegar
• Flour - 1 cup
• Marshmallow - 200 g
• Sour cream - 400 ml
• Chocolate for decoration (optional)

Directions

1. We prepare a biscuit: beat eggs well with sugar (1 cup), add slaked soda and flour, bake.
2. Prepare the cream: beat sour cream with sugar (if sour cream is liquid, add a thickener for sour cream).
3. Cut the finished chilled biscuit horizontally into cakes.
4. Lubricate the first biscuit cake with cream, spread a layer of marshmallows (cut the marshmallow), grease with cream, put the second biscuit cake and grease with cream.
5. You can grate chocolate on top.
