Cake with biscuit pieces and fruits

Sour cream jelly cake with colorful berries and fruits. Tasty and beautiful)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with half a glass of cold boiled water for about 30 minutes (until it swells).
  2. Whisk sour cream with sugar. Heat gelatin until dissolved (not boiling) and add to sour cream in a thin stream, stirring.
  3. We cover a deep bowl with cling film and lay the berries on the bottom. Next, a layer of biscuit broken into small pieces, again a layer of berries, etc. (For the sweet tooth: sprinkle sour berries with powdered sugar.)
  4. Pour everything with sour cream-gelatin mixture. If the bowl is very deep, fill the layers as they are laid.
  5. We put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Gently turn the frozen sour cream jelly cake onto a dish, remove the film and serve.
