  1. Combine flour with baking powder. Beat the eggs well with a mixer, add sugar and beat for 3-4 minutes. Then gradually stir in the sifted flour. Stir.
  2. Pour the dough into a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil. Send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. When the timer goes off, leave the cake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  3. Biscuit cut in half.
  4. Prepare curd soufflé for the cake.
  5. Pour gelatin into a container with water at room temperature and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
  6. Add gelatin to warm milk (100 g) and heat to 60 degrees so that the gelatin dissolves (do not boil!).
  7. Combine cottage cheese with sugar (3 tablespoons) and beat.
  8. Then pour in milk with gelatin.
  9. Beat until smooth.
  10. Place half of the biscuit in a detachable form.
  11. Put the curd soufflé on top and send it to the refrigerator to harden.
  12. Combine chocolate with milk (50 g) and melt in a water bath.
  13. Add powdered sugar and stir.
  14. Remove the cake with curd soufflé from the mold and coat the sides with chocolate icing.
  15. When the icing has hardened, cut the curd cake into portioned pieces.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
