Dessert cake with peaches, chocolate and sour cream jelly, on a sand cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. From butter, sugar and flour we make shortbread dough and spread it evenly in a mold. You can make small bumpers.
  2. We put the form with the dough in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
  3. We make ganache. To do this, put the cream on the stove and heat (the cream should not boil). Take it off the heat and throw in the chocolate chips. Mix until smooth and let cool slightly.
  4. If the cream is not very fatty, then the ganache will turn out to be liquid, it's not scary, it will still harden in the refrigerator)
  5. Pour the ganache on top of the sand cake and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, beat the sour cream and dilute the gelatin in warm water. Gelatin must be added to sour cream at the moment when the mixer is turned on, in a thin stream so that the gelatin does not freeze in pieces.
  7. After the ganache has frozen, put chopped peaches on top of it.
  8. Gently pour sour cream with gelatin on top and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. When the sour cream hardens, spread the chopped peaches on top.
