Cake with sour cream

Sour cream perfectly soaks the cakes. Cake with sour cream is soft and tender.

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave for an hour at room temperature.

  12. Align the edges of the cakes (cut off). Leave the scraps for crumbs.
  13. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cakes in a hot oven until golden brown (20 minutes).
  14. Dough scraps are also baked in the oven and crushed into crumbs.
  15. Prepare cream. To do this, leave half the nuts for decoration, and chop the rest.
  16. Mix sour cream with sugar and nuts and beat well.
  17. Baked cakes, laying on top of each other, layer with cooked cream. Also grease the surface and sides with cream.
  18. Sprinkle the cake with sour cream with crumbs from well-chopped baked dough scraps.
  19. Decorate the cake with whole walnut slices.
  20. Place the finished cake with sour cream in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
