A delicious biscuit curd cake can become one of your favorites. You don't need an oven to make it, because it's a no-bake cake. Shortbread cookies, delicate filling of cottage cheese and butter with vanilla and cocoa, kiwi sourness, and on top - chocolate icing and coconut flakes. The perfect combination of products for an impeccable taste!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand - it should be soft.
  3. Combine softened butter with powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  4. We interrupt the cottage cheese with a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
  5. In the whipped butter, add cottage cheese in small portions.
  6. Whisk until smooth.
  7. The resulting curd mass is divided into two equal parts. Add vanilla sugar to one part, mix.
  8. In the second part, add cocoa powder.
  9. Mix until smooth.
  10. We cover the table with cling film or foil. Dip cookies in milk and put on a film or foil.
  11. We lay out the cookies in three rows of six pieces.
  12. Spread the chocolate part of the curd mass evenly over the cookies.
  13. Put another layer of cookies on top, dipping in milk.
  14. Evenly distribute the vanilla curd mass.
  15. Kiwi clean and cut in half (medium-sized kiwi). Place the kiwi halves in one row in the center.
  16. We raise the two extreme rows of cookies (along the length) together with the film or foil. We form a triangle.
  17. We wrap the curd cookie cake in a film or foil and send it to the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours.
  18. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
  19. We take out the cake from the refrigerator, free from film or foil. Drizzle the cake with melted chocolate.
  20. Sprinkle with coconut.
  21. Cover with cling film and place the cookie and cottage cheese cake in the refrigerator for about 4 hours (or overnight).
  22. Curd cake without baking is ready. Cut it into triangular pieces and serve.
  23. Enjoy your meal!
