Cake without baking - a recipe that is always very popular. A no-bake cake is quick and easy to make, and the taste of such a dessert with fruits and jelly is always wonderful.

  1. Pour gelatin with water (100 ml). Leave to swell. For regular gelatin, it will take 2-3 hours, and for instant gelatin - 10-15 minutes. Then put a cup of gelatin in a bowl of hot water to dissolve it (or prepare gelatin according to the instructions).
  2. Mix and heat wine, water (remaining 150 ml) and sugar.
  3. Remove from heat and dissolve in this mass gelatin, previously softened in water.
  4. Rinse a small detachable cake mold (20-22 cm) with water and pour a part of the resulting jelly into it in a thin layer. Place in refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.
  5. After the jelly has hardened, put cookies on it.
  6. Wash the fruits and dry well (put in a colander or sieve). Cut if necessary.
  7. Put on cookies then a layer of fruit. Carefully pour over the jelly, let it harden. Pour in the rest of the jelly so that all the gaps are filled.
  8. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Before removing the cake from the mold, carefully separate the edges from the walls of the mold.
  9. You can decorate the dessert with whipped cream or cream, or sprinkle it with coconut flakes.
  10. A quick no-bake fruit cake is ready. Enjoy your meal!
