I remembered the old recipe for a cake without baking - from cookies and cottage cheese. Nice meal. And it will be the tastier, the better and fresher the ingredients. Try!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat softened butter well with sugar (when adding sugar, do not forget about the sweetness of marmalade and cookies) and vanilla sugar.
  2. Mix butter with cottage cheese and beat until smooth.
  3. Cut marmalade into small pieces.
  4. Add the lemon zest and marmalade to the curd mass and mix well.
  5. Divide in half. Stir cocoa into one part.
  6. Lay out the cookies on parchment (or foil) in the form of a 3x5 rectangle.
  7. Spread the cocoa mixture evenly over the biscuit layer. Cover with a second layer of cookies, and put the white curd mass on top.
  8. Gently lifting the two longitudinal sides of the rectangle and holding them along the entire length, fold the cookies so that you get a long triangular cake. There will be a white filling inside.
  9. Sprinkle the cake with crumbled biscuits, coconut flakes, or cocoa (garnish as you wish).
  10. Leave for a while at room temperature and then place in the refrigerator until the next day.
  11. It is tastier to eat a cake even after two days, when the cookies are well soaked. Cut the finished cake chilled into triangular cakes.
